SIL-Nepal focuses on four key services (4T’s)
Training:
The lab acts as the training center on health standards and interoperability in Nepal. The lab actively collaborates with local as well as regional universities to train students on interoperability. This is expected to increase the pool of human resources in the country with expertise in interoperability.
Tooling:
The lab develops products (both software and documents) that assist in the development (or adoption) of interoperable digital health solutions implementations. Some of the planned target products include bench-marking frameworks, interoperability toolkit, implementation guide, minimal client registry, shared health record, security APIs, etc.
Testing:
The lab serves as the national testing and certification center for all digital health solutions.
Teaming:
The lab continuously teams up with national, regional, and international experts and networks for interoperable digital health solutions in Nepal.
